To educate consumers about the versatility of mushrooms in cooking, their functional benefits, and their cultural relevance in traditional Mexican cuisine, we created a series of content that speaks directly to consumers who love mushrooms and are looking for more reasons and ways to eat them. This combination of micro-documentaries and video recipes for social media not only does justice to their cultural significance and versatility, but also to the potential mushrooms have to create dishes that are appealing and pleasing to all five senses.
